DELIVERY TERMS AND TIMEFRAMES
The ordered product is shipped via the postal service to the delivery address provided by the customer.
To enable the company Bijoux Egypte to fulfill its obligation of delivery, the customer must ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. They must indicate in particular the street number, building number, staircase number, entrance access code, the recipient's first and last name, and their telephone number.
The company Bijoux Egypte is liable for non-conformities existing at the time of delivery as provided for by Article L211-5 of the Consumer Code.
The buyer must check the conformity of the delivered package upon receipt.
They will have the right to refuse delivery if it appears to them to be manifestly non-conforming. In the event that the package or its contents appear damaged, they must make written reservations with the carrier. They will have the choice to either return it to the company Bijoux Egypte for a standard exchange or request a refund of the price paid, in which case they must provide their bank card number.
